YOGA & MAT PILATES
Snake River Sporting Club welcomes back for our fourth year Yoga Instructor, Jennifer Strasburg and introducing to the team Yoga Instructor, Acacia Minor.
Our Yoga sessions will focus on breathing and moving through different yoga poses to improve health, strength and flexibility.
Introducing for the first time Mat Pilates Instructor, Spela Kallio.
Our Pilates sessions will focus on improvement with range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture and abdominal strength.
All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be available. Guests are encouraged. Class size will be limited and advanced reservations are required.
Available starting June 17 – September 12, 2024
$25 per person, per class, 60-minute sessions
Mondays, 9:00am Yoga Thursdays, 9:00am Yoga Saturdays, 9:00am Mat Pilates
We kindly ask that cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid being charged in full.
Yoga Mats are available.
